About Rectangular Tube 40x80 mm
RHS 40x80 mm is a rectangular steel tube made by Gram Bangla Tubes Ltd. (GBTL) for larger furniture frames in Bangladesh. It is the largest rectangular size in the GBTL furniture range. Walls are 1.2 mm, about 18 SWG, and 1.5 mm, between 17 and 16 SWG. Finish options are cold rolled black and pre-galvanized (GP), and the tube is powder coat ready.
The 40x80 mm section can be used for bench bases, workstation frames and table legs. Powder coat it after degreasing and phosphating, or an equivalent pretreatment. Standard orders start at 1 MT; custom sizes need 20 MT. GBTL cuts the tube to length and deburrs it. CNC bending and fabrication services follow from Q1 2027.
