GBTL makes round steel tube for mobility parts in 25.4, 31.75 and 38.1 mm OD. Measured by outside diameter, those are 1, 1 1/4 and 1 1/2 inch. Wall options are 0.9 or 1.2 mm on the 25.4 mm tube and 1.0 or 1.2 mm on the 31.75 mm tube. The 38.1 mm tube comes in 1.2 or 1.5 mm wall.
Which finish should I choose for steel tube on two and three wheeler parts?
GBTL mobility tube comes in cold rolled black or pre-galvanized (GP) finish. Cold rolled black has a smooth, even surface and takes powder coating after pretreatment. GP tube is zinc coated before forming, so protect the cut ends and weld seam on outdoor parts.
Can GBTL bend and fabricate tube parts for vehicle makers?
