SHS 38x38 mm is a square steel tube made by Gram Bangla Tubes Ltd. (GBTL) for furniture frames in Bangladesh. Walls run from 0.80 to 2.00 mm, about 21 to 14 SWG. Buyers can order it in cold rolled black or pre-galvanized (GP), and it is powder coat ready after standard pretreatment.

The 38x38 mm section can be used for chair and table frames, benches and shelving. As a general guide, choose a 1.2 mm wall or heavier where the tube carries load, and 0.80 to 1.0 mm for light frames and trim. Standard orders start at 1 MT, mixed with other GBTL furniture sizes, and custom sizes need 20 MT. GBTL cuts the tube to your lengths and deburrs the ends.
