About these terms

These terms govern your use of grambanglatube.com and shop.grambanglatube.com, operated by Gram Bangla Tubes Ltd. ("GBTL", "we"). By using the sites or placing an order you accept these terms.

Prices & orders

Rates shown on the shop are reference mill rates published by GBTL and are not official quotes. Every order is reviewed by the mill, which confirms the final price and total before any payment is due.

Quote-only items (such as steel props and scaffolding) are priced on request after you submit a quote request.

An order is accepted when the mill confirms it. We may decline or cancel orders affected by errors in pricing, availability or delivery coverage — any amount already paid for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Payment & delivery

Payment is made by bank transfer to the account details shown after the mill confirms your order, using your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order is marked paid once the mill receives the funds.

Delivery timelines and charges are agreed with the mill at confirmation and may vary by location and quantity.

Product information

We aim to keep specifications, sizes and certifications accurate and up to date. Minor variations within applicable manufacturing tolerances are normal for steel products and do not constitute defects.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Guest checkout is available without an account.

Intellectual property & acceptable use

All content on the sites — including text, photography, video and the GBTL brand — belongs to GBTL or its licensors and may not be reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the sites or attempt to disrupt their operation.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GBTL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the sites. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Bangladesh.
